What is Zumbspiration?
In a recent survey I asked if you would like to share some of your thoughts about the Zumba Fitness® program. I hope you are inspired by some of the responses received so far! Thanks for sharing - I'm inspired already!
It has introduced me to a whole group of new people I now consider as friends.
It is a fun way to keep fit even for someone like me who is not a good dancer.
I love Zumba® because it gets me moving to wonderful music and I know it must be
doing me some good even if I cant always keep up. Love the lively atmosphere of
the class too.
I love hearing and dancing to that wonderful Latin based music. When I dance to Zumba® it brings a smile to my face.
Zumba® is brilliant, no partners necessary; Great music, fun people, my
body keeps fit and my mind gets happy, way to go!
I love Zumba® because it's excercise plus dance and the music is great.
Also very relaxed atmosphere and friendly group.
It means a wonderful way to get fit by doing what I like most: dancing and
listening to nice world music.
It is great cardio exercise which I need. Siobhan is so lovely and makes
the class a lot of fun. She is inclusive of all levels of fitness and
coordination and we all love dancing together and having a great time. It is a
social group and I enjoy the few dinners we and occasions where we go out
together.
